How to Request a Credit
To request a credit or return, please email us at sales@tinkadesign.com.au with the following information:
- Your business name or account name
- Invoice number
- Item number(s) to be returned
- Photos of the item(s)
- Description of the reason for return
Return Policy
- Credit requests must be made within 30 days of invoice date
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- All tags and packaging must be attached
- Items that have been used, damaged, or had tags removed cannot be accepted for return
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full credit at no additional cost.
